Pine Valley Construction has completed a number of multifamily projects for me ranging from unit turnover to major capital expense projects such as a complete clubhouse remodeling. I have found them to be very easy to work with, and very responsive to my needs.

They are always on time, and professionally dressed. Their staff can communicate well with my onsite teams, and they are also sensitive to how they interact with my residents – both in the way they communicate with them and the care they take to ensure that residents are not inconvenienced when they are working.

The owner, Kevin Smith, personally supervises the work quality, and I have found him to be very proactive in communicating with my communities and with my management team. Pine Valley Construction has become my first choice when I need to help with maintenance and construction activities at my multifamily property. They have handled a lot of different jobs such as interior and exterior painting, roof and gutter repairs, drywall repair and emergency services for my property.

It doesn’t matter to them whether it’s a big job or a little job. I get consistent quality from their work. They are on time (they usually have to wait on me), reasonably priced and very responsive to me when I have work that needs to be done. Like all construction projects, problems sometimes happen, but with them I don’t run into a lot of issues, and they let me know right away if something goes wrong on the job.

I have to give them a 10 when it comes to working at my community because they are always aware of the community’s residents and not creating problems with them during the job. Kevin Smith, the owner always will go the extra mile to make sure I know what’s going on at the job site. These guys are great!
